This altarpiece, executed with the contribution of assistants, was originally in the Saint Rombout Cathedral in Mechelen where it was placed in one of the chapels above the tomb of the donor. Two predella panels of the altarpiece, the Entry into Jerusalem, and the Washing of Feet, are in the Mus�e des Beaux-Arts in Dijon.
